Once more....

Thu Feb 7, 2008, 1:47 AM
It is a common thought when starting an endeavour, to query where one must begin.. no doubt at the beginning and thus finish at the end.. however directionless direction doesn't pinpoint either the path to choose or the instructions on how to progress.

Reasons no doubt drive momentum, but they are oft ill chosen - selected whimsically - and so result in endless entangled diversions subverting any true course.

Is apathetic complacency the answer? It is indeed no sin to relish your present position - a protracted pause to maximise fulfillment. Wholly different from a sloth-like clinging to mediocre contentment in order to prevent the inevitable dawning of a realisation that, upon assimilation, will illuminate the futility of cleaving to cardboard satisfaction.

So although we may not know where to start, we can begin in the middle and finish nearer the end then would be possible without bravely attempting that initial step.

I conclude.. it is worthwhile to begin.
